1. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your FRDM pieces — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
  • Items must be free from odour, marks, or any signs of wear (including deodorant or makeup stains)
  • Items must not be damaged or altered in any way
  • Returns must include the original order number, your full name, and reason for return
  • Items must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the sender without refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Body care products (e.g. bath salts, magnesium spray, lip gloss)
  • Any item marked as final sale

4. Local UAE Returns

If you’re based in the UAE and would like to return an item, please email us at support@frdmwellness.com with your order number and return request.

• Returns must be dropped off or arranged via a courier of your choice
• We recommend using a service that offers tracking and proof of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

5. International Returns

For all international orders:

  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse using your chosen courier
  • We advise choosing a trackable service and keeping proof of postage
  • We currently do not offer international exchanges — eligible items will be refunded once received and approved
  • FRDM is not responsible for customs duties or taxes incurred during returns

6. Processing Times

Please allow up to 21 business days from the time your return arrives at our warehouse for your refund to be processed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been reviewed and your refund initiated
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or faulty

7. Exchanges

We offer one-time free size exchanges within the UAE, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable at the time of processing, we’ll issue a refund instead.

8. Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact our team at support@frdmwellness.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear images of the issue
  • If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund

9. Refund Conditions

We will always refund the original payment amount for all items that meet the refund criteria. If you’ve simply changed your mind, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the payment was made internationally, please be aware that exchange rates can fluctuate between the time of purchase and refund, which may affect the final refunded amount.
