Once an order is placed, it constitutes a binding agreement. You may contact us to request changes to your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate changes after the order has been processed.
7. Preorders / Presales
If you place a preorder, the product will be shipped once available. You will be charged at the time of placing your order. Any shipping delays will be communicated.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We will not be held liable for packages lost or delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
9. Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you are responsible for any additional duties or taxes imposed by customs in your country. Please check local regulations for further information.
10. Change of Mind Returns: Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days for unused, unworn items with tags intact. Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or an error was made on our part.
11. Faulty Returns
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to either replace or refund the item, including covering return shipping costs for faulty products.
12. Gift Rewards Program

13. Social Media & User-Generated Content (UGC)
