Preorder items are shipped once available. Payment is taken at checkout. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated via email.

Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by region and courier. Please double-check your shipping address, as we are not liable for delays or loss due to incorrect customer-provided details.
9. Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Please consult your local authority for details.
10. Change of Mind Returns: Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unworn items with tags intact. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be issued after inspection. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was faulty.
11. Faulty Returns
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Return shipping for faulty items is covered by us.
